Never in my wildest dreams had i thought i would be lifted up by an elephant, in broad daylight. The experience, i have to say was a mixture of emotions from immense joy to fear, then a thrill....I was bonding with someone, we share a name...Njogu aka Tembo.

Now when i think back to this day, before the lift, i battled a lot of anxiety and fear, until i got a push from my friend Dr. Qabale. How many things do we stop ourselves from experiencing? How many opportunities do we miss out on because of fear? What limits have we set that hinder us from experiencing the joys of life?

There are many pockets of joy in our day to day lives. So take a leap and try out these things. You never know when the pockets of joy will come in handy to lift you up when it all seems grey. 😎
